DinkLink connects recreational pickleball players. Your personal safety and clear legal boundaries are our highest priority.

1. Never Share Personal Contact Info

To protect your privacy and personal security, never share private telephone numbers, home addresses, financial handles (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle), or personal social logins with players you do not know. Keep all court planning and match coordination strictly inside DinkLink's built-in court messaging.

2. Choose Established Public Venues (No Site Verification)

DinkLink does NOT inspect, endorse, or verify any physical court locations, facilities, or premises. For your own safety, players are strongly advised to only arrange games at well-known public municipal parks, city recreation centers, or staffed commercial pickleball clubs during active daylight or staffed hours. Never agree to meet strangers at private residences, unlit courts, or secluded areas.

3. Complete Zero-Liability Waiver

DinkLink is solely an independent digital scheduling and community tool. DinkLink and its operators do NOT conduct background checks, identity vetting, court safety inspections, or on-site supervision. DinkLink assumes ZERO LIABILITY for court premises, playing conditions, player interactions, off-platform communication, property damage, or sports-related injuries. All play is voluntary and undertaken at your own sole risk.
